Arthur Shifrin, Agent
Arthur Shifrin is a 17-year veteran in the retail real estate industry having commenced his career in Gainesville, Florida in 1996 with a local developer. He spent twelve years with Barrister Realty before joining Koniver Stern Group in 2011. Arthur works in both tenant and developer representation. His business has included work with Starbucks, Five Guys, Giraffas, Genghis Grill, Red Mango, Walgreen’s, CVS, Dragonfly Sushi, Rolls N Bowls, Cold Stone, Salons by JC, Alltel, Winn-Dixie, Gators Dockside, Plato’s Closet, Elevation Burger, and many others, closing deals across the state from Miami to Pensacola. His work currently includes the leasing of properties in Miami-Dade and Broward counties and in Gainesville, Florida, and has previously included the leasing of two prominent Gainesville retail developments, Plaza Centro on Archer Road, with Starbucks, Panera, Cold Stone, and Moe’s Southwest Grill, and the initial lease up of Plaza Royale on Newberry Road with Stonewood Tavern, Gators Dockside, Chico’s, Talbot’s, Tuesday Morning, Starbucks, Kinko’s, Cold Stone, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Planet Smoothie, Quizno’s.
Arthur is a 13-year member of ICSC and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Emanu-El on Miami Beach. He has previously served on the boards of Congregation B’nai Israel in Gainesville and St. Francis House in Gainesville as well as a past member of Rotary Club of Gainesville. Raised in South Florida and educated at the University of Florida, Arthur maintains a work schedule and personal time in both Gainesville and South Florida, giving him a base for full coverage of the state. Arthur’s outside interests include playing guitar, reading, baseball and football, and chanting Torah at three synagogues that he attends regularly.
